On January 18-20, Pink Armenia had its annual retreat, which all of the organization’s staff members participated in.

During these three days, we discussed and reviewed organizational strategies  and actions performed during 2017, in addition to planning activities for 2018.

We reviewed the organization’s financial, service, and human resources strategies and discussed the professional ethics code of conduct.

Before our annual retreat, we performed the needs assessments of the LGBT community, which was also discussed during the event, with the goal of understanding  the positive and negative sides of the performed projects, so we can further improve them.

As always, we have so much to do this year, so let’s get to work!
