A training was conducted with parents of LGBT people

On June 25-27 a training course on sexuality was organized in Aghveran with the parents of LGBT people.

Beside providing information on sexuality, the training aimed at developing the capacity of parents to communicate with LGBT children, as well as to meet and share their experiences with other parents who also have LGBT children.

Parents who took part in the training were mothers, but participants offer to involve fathers in upcoming meetings.
