“Listen To Me”, a film about LGBT people in Armenia, was shown in Yerevan

On October 11th and 12th, the first screenings of the documentary film “Listen to Me: Untold Stories Beyond Hatred” about LGBT people in Armenia took place at the Armenian Center for Contemporary and Experimental Art.
 
Gagik Ghazareh’s film features 10 members of the LGBT community who discuss their childhood, identity, self-recognition, family relations, and homophobia.
 
After the screening, the heroes of the film were presented with gifts of encouragement for agreeing to appear in the film.
